Graveside services will take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Ball.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Colonel George Duncan and Ineta Richey Duncan; and brother, Rocky Duncan.
Those left to cherish his memory include his son; Clinton Duncan and wife Bobbi; sisters, Brenda Cockrell (Jimmy) and Sally Perkins (Shelton); nieces and nephews, Angie Shimek (Jason), Scott Cockrell, Chris Cockrell, Lindsey Voss (Bill), Leah Johnson (Marcus), and Wesley Duncan.
Jeff worked for his trucking company for many years. He also had his own business cutting hay and operating heavy machinery. He was and avid hunter and fisherman, and loved taking care of his cattle. Jeff was a faithful Christian who loved God and prayed daily. He loved his parents dearly and now is joining them in Heaven.
2 Timothy 4:7-8 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. 8 Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day-and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.
