Dear Kristen and Karen and family,
it was truly an honor to be your mom's chaplain. She was gracious, faith-filled, enthralled with her family and heritage and with an inquisitive mind and determination. Her stories were fascinating and her humility touching. May your memories be filled with loving memories of your precious mom.

I am so very sorry to hear this news, my sincere condolences to the family. I knew Peggy and Paul from their involvement with Norumbega Lodge, they loved and celebrated Norwegian heritage, and some years ago Peggy gave a lovely presentation about the Viking Settlement at L'Anse aux Meadows and her trip there. She will be truly missed.
