It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret "Peggie" Catherine Ginocchio, 65, of Mastic, New York, who peacefully departed this life on December 29, 2025. Born on July 26, 1960, in New York, NY, Peggie was a beloved wife, devoted mother, and cherished grandmother.Peggie shared a loving, 40-year marriage with her husband, David Ginocchio. Together, they built a warm and nurturing home filled with laughter and love. Peggie took great pride in her role as a mother to her four sons, David, Christopher, Matthew, and Bryan, and she was overjoyed to be a grandmother to Peyton and David, who brought her immense happiness.Throughout her life, Peggie was known for her caring spirit and unwavering faith. She dedicated many years of her life to teaching catechism at St. Jude R.C. Church in Mastic Beach, imparting values and lessons to countless children in her community. Peggie enjoyed traveling, particularly to Virginia Beach with her family during their formative years, and she treasured quality time spent with friends.Peggie is survived by her loving husband, David; her sons, David (Melissa), Christopher, Matthew, and Bryan; her granddaughter Peyton Ginocchio; and her grandson David Ginocchio. Peggie is also survived by her brothers, Michael Satter and Richard (Ruth) Satter, as well as many nieces and nephews. She will be profoundly missed by all who knew her and loved her.In this time of sorrow, we honor the memory of Margaret "Peggie" Catherine Ginocchio, whose kindness and love touched many lives. May she rest in peace.
