Mrs. Margaret Ann Grinter, 85 of St. Pauls, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday February 28, 2024. Margaret Ann was born April 18, 1938 in Robeson County, NC to the late Lillian and Gilbert Musselwhite. 

Margaret Ann was preceded in death by her husbands, Richard Guy Wright and Albert H. Grinter; a brother, Ralph Musselwhite and his wife Magdalene; and a son David Wright.

Family was her world and she leaves many to cherish her memory including: A sister, Rachel Rawls of Newton Grove; a son Richard Wright Jr. and wife Becky of Tennessee; daughters Deborah Ayers and husband David of St. Pauls and Kimberly Wright from Pembroke; grandsons: Bryan Ayers, Eric Wright, Josh Bedwell, Nathanial Strickland, and Richard Strickland Jr., grand-daughters: Sarah Ayers, Natina Strickland, and Amanda Strickland; 14 Great Grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. 

Margaret Ann loved baking, crafting, crocheting, and quilting; many have been blessed as a recipient of her wares. She kept her hands busy and other’s hearts full. She never met a stranger and all recognized her for her kindness and love. 

Family will receive friends at 2pm prior to the funeral service which will be Sunday at 3pm on March 3rd at St. Pauls Presbyterian Church. A graveside service will follow at Oakridge Cemetery in St. Pauls.
