Margaret Haney Obituary
Visitation will be on Thursday, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Burgin Funeral Home, 200 S. McGee in Borger.
She was born on October 22, 1939 in Ada, Oklahoma to Elmer and Eva Holliman. She was married to Bruce Haney.
Margaret was retired from Frank Phillips College where she enjoyed working in the boys dorm. She used to love telling her grandkids ghost stories and reading books.
She was preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Eva, her husband, her sisters Lenora and Dortha, and her brothers Olin and Floyd.
Margaret is survived by her three sons, Phil and wife Regina, Rex and wife Tina, and Charles and wife Brenda; five grandchildren, Misty Graham and husband Bailey, Von Haney and wife Nicole, Stephen Haney and wife Michelle, Melody Sena and husband Vicnta, and Sean Haney and wife Candice; along with nine great-grandchildren, Haley, Paisley, Rylan, Mia, Briley, Oliver, River, Bruce and Bayley.
Cremation has been entrusted to Burgin Funeral Home.

I am so sorry to find out that Margaret had passed away back in March.
She was a delightful person to work with, always so much fun. We spent many a summer in the Dorms at FPC. I Will miss her smile and contagious laughter. RIP Margaret

I only knew Margaret for a short time but she was a sweet lady and I really enjoyed visiting with her. She was always very kind and caring and I´m happy to know she is at peace in a much better place. It was a joy getting to know her.
