Margaret "Peggy" Kozina

MARGARET "PEGGY" KOZINA (nee Miller), 70, of South Euclid, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025, surrounded by her family, after a courageous and unwavering battle with cancer.

Peggy lived her life with remarkable strength, grace, and dignity. She will be remembered for her unwavering love, her generosity of spirit, and the warmth and humor she brought to all who knew her. She faced every challenge with courage and determination, inspiring those around her with her resilience and hope.

She is survived by her sons, Jason (Melissa) Kozina, and Brian Kozina, along with her siblings James Miller, Donna Miller, Mary (Steve) Lihwa, Joseph Miller, Michael Miller, Thomas Miller, and Kathleen Miller, and her three grandchildren, AJ, Quinten, and Caitlin who she adored. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Henrietta Miller, and her loving husband, Robert Kozina.

The family extends their profound gratitude to the dedicated care team at the Taussig Cancer Center at Cleveland Clinic for their exceptional expertise, compassion, and support over the years. Their care provided comfort, hope, and countless meaningful moments that will be cherished forever.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Peggy's name to Blood Cancer United, Attn: Donor Services, P.O. Box 98011, Washington DC 20090, continuing the legacy of hope and strength she embodied throughout her life.

A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 4 p.m. at the SCHULTE & MAHON-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 5252 MAYFIELD RD., LYNDHURST (BETWEEN RICHMOND AND BRAINARD). The family will receive friends AT THE FUNERAL HOME FROM 1 P.M. UNTIL TIME OF SERVICE. Interment private, All Souls Cemetery.
