It's with great sadness we say goodbye to our mother and best friend. Margaret Rose Stewart passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 10th with her family by her side.
Margaret was born in Milwaukee on July 21, 1943, the 4th of seven children of Otto and Mary (Leszczynski) Molinski. She graduated from Holy Angels Academy, an all-girl Catholic high school in Milwaukee. Margaret was a devout Catholic and showed her faith in everything she did.
She worked for the county for 30 years in both Lander, Wyoming and Sheboygan, Wisconsin in the Assessor's office and Treasurer's office, retiring from Sheboygan County in 2006. In retirement, Margaret loved watching her grandchildren. She continued to work part-time for 12 years in the dietary department at Willowdale, Willowpark, Waterford, Caring Hands, and North Shore assisted living facilities.
Margaret enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and visiting her son and his family in Idaho. She also enjoyed listening to and dancing to Polka music, "plugging the jukebox" with her favorite songs, being with family, cooking, camping, working in her yard, and the simple things in life! She loved talking to her daughters every day. She was a generous and loving mother, selfless and so sweet! She was the light in everyone's life and will be truly missed!
She is survived by: Three children: Bruce (Whitney) Stewart of Soda Springs, ID, Susan (Steven) Wenzel of New Holstein, and Amanda (Mike) Johnson of Fond du Lac; 10 Grandchildren: Kathleen (Nic) Skalicky, Cecilia (Brad) Nor, Anna (Bridger) Matyus, Andrew Stewart and Carolyne Stewart, Grace, Frances, and Henry Wenzel, and Genevieve and Emma Johnson; 3 Great-grandchildren: Libby, Lilly, and Olivia; Brothers: Tom (Dolly), John, Edward, and Bill (Signe) Molinski; Sister: Mary Ann Nordman; As well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Margaret was preceded in death and looked forward to being reunited with her parents, sister, Helen and grandson, Nathanael.
Memorial Services will be held on Friday (November 22, 2024) at the Suchon Funeral Home in Plymouth. Visitation will take place from 11:00am-1:00pm, with a prayer service to follow at 1:00pm.
The family would like to thank the doctors at Aurora Medical Center in Sheboygan, the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic, and the Sharon S Richardson Community Hospice, for the wonderful care and compassion given to Margaret.
