Margaret L. Wolberg

Margaret Lillian Wolberg age 99 of Scandinavia, WI passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 10, 2022 at Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital in Stevens Point, WI surrounded by her family. She was born on December 12, 1922 in Letchworth, England to the late George and Lillian (Thompson) Aldridge.
Margaret married Harlan Wolberg on January 1, 1945 in Hitchin, England. He preceded her in death on June 30, 1977.
Margaret enjoyed crocheting, cooking, baking, gardening and her afternoon tea. She loved spending time with her family 4 kids, 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She attended United Methodist Church, Iola, WI and later on Hitterdahl Church, Iola, WI. Margaret also worked at Anthony Farms in Scandinavia, WI for several years. Margaret was loved by everyone. She had a great sense of humor with quick comebacks.
She is survived by her children: Pamela (Charles) Stiles, Brian Wolberg, Ronald (Valerie) Wolberg, and Michael (Tamie Wanty) Wolberg; 12 Grandchildren: Susie (Brandon) Badham, Shane Wolberg, Devin (Brittany) Wolberg, Brett Wolberg, Cuyler Wolberg, Brandon (Ashlee Briggs) Wolberg, Megan Wolberg, Nolan Wolberg, Jennifer (Nathan) Williams, Sarah Baehman, Adam (Marci) Wolberg, Jessica (Robi) Felden; 10 Great-Grandchildren: John, Seth, Nikolai, Vada, Remy, Maggie, Lizzy, Lyndee, Owen & Wyatt.
She was preceded in death by her parents: George and Lillian Aldridge and siblings: Albert, George and Stan.
The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 15th at the Iola United Methodist Church with the Reverend Steve Rice officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 9:30-10:45 AM. Interment will be at the Iola Riverside Community Cemetery in Iola
