Margie Hembree

Margie Stringer Hembree, 78, of Cartersville, Georgia, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025. Born on December 13, 1946, she was the daughter of the late John Stringer and the late Mary Sue Williams Stringer. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Hembree; sisters, Mary Ann Pirkle and Annie Sue Hembree; and brothers, Robert Stringer, RB Stringer, Matthew Stringer, and Johnny Stringer.
Survivors include her children, Phoebe Martin (Frank), Wesley Hembree, Terry Bell (Russell), Winona Heath, and Wendell Hembree; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and brother, Donny Lee Stringer.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at Parnick Jennings Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2025, in the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Keith Willard officiating. Burial will follow at Georgia National Cemetery at 11:00 am on Friday, November 7, 2025.
