Ralph Frey, Sr., of Cartersville, Georgia, passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025, at the age of 92. Ralph is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Nan Frey, mother, Lena Frey, father, John Steve Frey, Sr., brother John Frey, sister Jane Frey and granddaughter, Ashlie Dietz. He is survived by his daughter Amy (Chris), sons Randy and Kirk (Marian), grandchildren Chatham (Teri), Gus, Georgia, Drew (Amanda), Krista, Tyler (Krystal), Garrett (Susan), 12 great grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren and 12 step great grandchildren.
Ralph was born and raised in Kennesaw, Georgia where he was a builder, owner of Old Mill Cabinet Shop and Andrew’s Arbor. He never met a stranger, and he took great pride in his ownership of the Big Chicken. Ralph was extremely proud of his wife, his children, his grandchildren, great grandchildren and his dogs.
Family will be receiving family and friends for a Celebration of Life at the Hillendale Community Room, located at 150 Old Mill Road, Cartersville, Georgia 30120 on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 4:30 to 8:00.
