Maria de Socorro Juarez, 74, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 4, 2025, in Raymondville, TX. She was born on November 20, 1950, in Tamaulipas, Mexico, to Bruno Perez and Luz Maria Perez Gallegos

She is survived by her husband, Ramon R. Juarez, her son, Ramon Juarez Jr. (Sarah), her daughters, Sandra J. Castillo (Ruben), and Sonia Juarez Mendoza (Albert+), her grandchildren, Corey Castillo, Cassandra Castillo, Ruben Castillo III, Cendra G. Castillo, Albert Mendoza Jr., Samantha Mendoza, Saray Juarez (Armand Hernandez), Ramon Juarez III, Saydee Rayne Juarez, her great grandchildren, Cayden J. Castillo and Savayah Hernandez, her brothers, Francisco Perez Gallegos (Teresa), and Bruno Martin Perez Gallegos (Malena), her sisters, Maria Adoracion Perez Gallegos (Mario), Maria Del Jesus Vasquez (Maximo +), and Maria Del Carmen Solis (Antonio).

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bruno Perez and Maria De La Luz Gallegos, her brother, Juan Manuel Perez Gallegos (Rosa), and her sister, Maria Del Rosario Perez Gallegos.

Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Alberto Mendoza Jr., Corey Castillo, Ruben Castro III, Ramon Juarez III, Ramon Ray Juarez, Cayden J. Castillo. Honorary pallbearer is Jonathan Michael Arevalo.

Viewing will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 6 p.m. and will resume on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Good Shepherd Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Iglesia Palabra De Fe A Las Naciones in Raymondville. Interment will follow to her final place of rest at the Raymondville Memorial Park Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the caring hands of Good Shepherd Funeral Home, 1157 W. Hidalgo Ave., Raymondville, Texas 78580.
