Viewing for Maria Galvan will be held February 29, 2024, at Heritage Funeral Home of the Big Bend 301 N. Main St. Fort Stockton Texas 79735 with rosary to follow at 7pm. Service for Maria Galvan will be held at St. James Catholic Church in Sanderson, Texas at 2pm with Burial to follow at Santa Rita Catholic Cemetery. Maria is survived by her son Jaime Galvan Sr. from Midland, Texas, Her daughters Yolanda and Mauro Lopez from Sanderson, Texas, Rosemary and Samuel Lopez from Fort Stockton, Texas, her sisters Sylvia Rivas, Elizabeth Segura, Lucia Lankford, 14 grandchildren,33 grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Maria is preceded in death by her husband F.M. Galvan, her father Elojio Gonzales and her mother Maria Gonzales, her daughter Viola Galvan, her sister Estella Galvan and her brother Reyes Gonzales.
Heavenly Father, we come to you today to remember and honor our beloved Ita. We thank you for the time we were able to spend with her and for the love and memories they have left with us. We pray that she is at peace and experiencing the fullness of joy in your presence.
