Maria Hylak Obituary
Maria was preceded in death by her parents, Adela and José Alaniz; her brothers Noé, José, and Emeterio; her sisters Consuelo and Alicia; and her grandson Luke John. She is survived by her brother Humberto and sisters Odilia and Adela.
She will be deeply missed, remembered in the stories told around the dinner table, and cherished in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know her. May her legacy of love, strength and rum cakes continue to guide those she left behind.
There will be a celebration of Maria's life in McKinney, TX and Darien, IL. Please reach out to the family for service details and to share memories or photos.
