Maria was born on September 2, 1947, in Brunswick, Germany, to the late Tadeusza and Alfreda Harlak. She devoted her life to being a loving mother and homemaker, creating a nurturing environment for her family and those around her.
Her memory will be forever cherished by her daughter, Nicole Lapana, and her sister, Teresa Laves. Maria's legacy of love and warmth continues through her grandson, Dominic Walker, her granddaughter, Aliyah Walker, and her beloved great-grandchildren, as well as her grandchildren's father, Charles Walker.
Maria was preceded in death by her parents, Tadeusza and Alfreda Harlak and husband, Nick Lapana. Her absence leaves a profound void in the hearts of her family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Goble Funeral Home and Crematory, located at 330 Wood St., Clarion, PA 16214. A funeral service will follow immediately at 3:00 p.m.
Maria will be remembered for her unwavering dedication to her family and the enduring love she shared with all who knew her.
