Maria Lefebre Obituary
Maria Sofia LeFebre, age 95, born in Mora, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away just four days shy of her 96th birthday on October 25, 2023. Sofie is survived by numerous nieces and nephews and extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, Demetrio and Saba LeFebre; grandparents, Felix, and Benina LeFebre; sisters, Alice Pacheco, Esther Sandoval, Evelyn Orosco, and Antonia Davalos; brothers, Frank LeFebre, Margarito LeFebre, and Benjamin LeFebre; nephews, John Saine, and Brian Torres. Sofie’s family would like to give a special thank you to the staff of Spanish Trails Rehabilitation Center and Ambercare for the special care given to their aunt. Visitation will be held in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW. on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at Church of the Ascension 2150 Raymac Rd. SW at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow the services at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be, John Lovato, Matthew Segura, Marc Salas, Donald LeFebre, Adrian Salas, and Julian Lovato.
