Born in Cape Verde she migrated to United States where she settled with her only child, Henrique "Jose" Araujo.
She will be missed by her loving son and other relatives and friends including her grandchildren Marissa Pinto, Claudio and Tatiana Araujo. Great grandchild Zailah Rose Pierre , Her brother Jose Teixeira and sisters Clamintina Barbosa and Domingas "Minga" Teixeira.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-8 pm at George Lopes Funeral Home 647 Main St Brockton MA
Funeral Gathering will continue to Wednesday 9am also from funeral home and proceed to St. Edith Stein for 10:30am Mass
Burial will take place at Pine Hill Cemetery in Bridgewater MA
