Maria Valle

In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, I, Maria Valle, or as many affectionately knew me, Linda, am saying my farewell. I was born in the beautiful land of El Salvador on August 2, 1955, and was called to the arms of Our Lord on October 27, 2025. My time on this Earth was a journey filled with love, resilience, and dedication, and now I am at peace, resting in the eternal love of God.
I was a spirited woman, a "guerrera" - a warrior, who faced all of life's battles with grace and strength. My faith was my beacon, guiding me through the toughest storms. Saint Michael's was more than a church to me, it was my sanctuary, a place where I found solace and strength. Despite the challenges of life, I found joy in every moment spent with my beloved children and grandchildren. They were my world, and anything that included them was my hobby. I was blessed to have been a mother to Rocio Bogarin, Vicente Bogarin, and Margarita Valle, who I know will continue to make me proud.
My journey took me from El Salvador to Boston, MA, and finally to Reno, Nevada, where I spent my later years. My work in the food industry as a warehouse worker was fulfilling, but my true calling was being a loving mother and grandmother. I am joining my parents Santiago Callejas and Paula Valle, who have preceded me in death, and I know they are waiting for me with open arms.
Please join my family for a service in my honor on Friday, 14 Nov 2025 at 9:30am PST at St Michael's Catholic Church, 14075 Mount Vida Street, Reno, Nevada, 89506.
