She was born Maria de Sam Pedro Maia Cardoso in Santa Barbara Azores, Portugal on September 18, 1941 to the late Marguarida (Maia) and Carlos Cardoso.
Maria was a retired dress maker and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Enola PA.
She is survived by her husband, David E. Wolfe; 2 sons, Victor A. and Michael C. Wolfe; a sister, Dolores Rodrigues; 2 brothers, Ivo Cardoso, Carlos Cardoso; and a granddaughter, Amanda.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 from 10AM-11AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church 225 Salt Rd. Enola PA 17025.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 11AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church 225 Salt Rd. Enola PA 17025.
Burial will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
The Sullivan Funeral Home is honored to serve the Wolfe family.
