Marian Virgina Garrison Sizemore of Mason, Ohio; daughter of the late Ruth Belle Phillips Garrison and Robert Garrison; Sister of Imogene (Jeanie) Garrison Wisbey; "Sister Cousin" of Alma Ruth Phillips Wehrmeyer; wife of the late James Kelly Sizemore and beloved mother of David James Sizemore and Gary Lee Sizemore.

She went home to be with Jesus on Monday, March 25th, 2024. She attended Norwood High School where she studied cosmetology. After the passing of her mother Ruth, she was raised by her guardian and maternal grandmother Martha Cordelia Ann Briton Phillips (Delia), also fondly known as Mama. Mama raised Marian, Jeanie and Alma in a no-nonsense but loving way after she had raised seven of her own children to adulthood. She personally took "her girls" to church every Sunday and lovingly guided them into their adult lives.

Marian loved being a grandmother! She had 4 grandchildren:
David's children Christina Lynn Sizemore Liesegang and Steven David Sizemore and Gary's children Michelle Sizemore and Devon Sizemore. When David married Laurie Sue LaBonde Obermeyer, Marian lovingly and happily "inherited" two more step grandchildren Scott Carl Obermeyer and Beth Ellen Obermeyer Fagan. Marian was also "great grandma" to 11 great grandkids... Evan, Justin and JJ Liesegang; Isabella, Isaac and lan Sizemore; Lucy, Molly and Thomas Obermeyer and Jordan and Conal Fagan.

Marian trusted in her Lord Jesus. She often quoted Hebrews 13: 5 "...For God has said, I will never leave you, never will I forsake you. '" Even in the last week of her life here on earth, she told her family often that she knew where she was going when she passed and that she was not afraid! Because of her loving and trusting in Jesus, she was quick to listen to, learn from, and love others in her life.
