I met Mariana and she welcomed me into her home like I belonged there. I NEVER felt so at home as she helped to make me feel. Not a day goes by that I don't think a peaceful thought in her memory. I loved spending time with her. So sad it was cut short. Her light shined very bright, but way too short. I love you Mariana and always will until the end of time. Rest in peace, mi amor!

My new neighbor and friend. We use to work out together and she use to come over and bring the kids to swim. She was so beautiful and always smiling. May my friend be resting in peace. Miss you

I knew her when we were kids, she was always smiling. Her and Frances and Roberto were very sweet and happy people. I wish your family the best and I love you

I am missing my friend Mariana. She was always there with supportive words of wisdom. "Love, love, love and feel it a lot!" is something she said when we first met that she later said she thought sounded immature, but I feel it contained deep wisdom then, and now. A few years ago she texted me a sound file of her singing this song and I added a little piano, percussion and harmonies to it. It's nice to be able to hear her voice again and I'm sharing it here for others who may be missing her, too. Love, love, love and feel it a lot!

You were the brightest star in the sky and you still will be as I look upon the stars at night. I will never Forget your beautiful smile and beautiful soul. Someone once told me god takes the angels first and you were a very special woman. You were the most powerful angel I knew. I love you Mariana Williams. This was the last picture taken last Saturday. Love your best friend Gina.
