Marianne Adams passed away peacefully at home at age 93 on Sunday June 23, 2024.
Born in Hardwick, Vermont, her family moved to Connecticut when she was in grammar school. We will always remember Mom's love for family picnics, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Elvis.
She is survived by her children, Kenneth and his wife Amy, Karen Carter, Jacqueline Libano, Janis Krasnow, Paula Adams, Craig Adams, and Pam; grandchildren, Kelly Adams, Heather Lewis, Kristy Adams, Eric Krasnow and his wife Sue, Tyler Adams, Rachel Adams, Tori and Ashley Adams-Kornaski, Justin Libano, Erin and Jay Postemski, Sara Denis, Stefanie and Dave Sylvester, Jason Adams, Madison Adams and Maria Souza; great-Grandchildren, Avery, Peyton, Hailee, Scarlette, Cole, Liana, Cameron, Wesley, Trey, Jason Jr, Elijah, Kaidence, Shawn, Evan, and Riley. She was predeceased her husband, Kenneth and sons, Kendall and Steven. Mom was a caregiver to her husband and sisters, Blanche and Isabel. We appreciate and thank Jan and Craig for being her caregivers and to Hartford Health Care Hospice and social worker, Karen.
A Mass will be celebrated on Monday July 1, at 10AM at St. Joseph Church 99 Jackson St, Willimantic. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery 134 Club Rd, Windham. There are no calling hours.
