Marianne Shemo Obituary
Marianne R. Shemo passed away January, 2, 2026. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Marianne married Steve, her husband of over 60 years, before moving to Cuyahoga Falls where they raised their family and lived out the remainder of her life. Marianne loved her church, reading, friends and Birthday Club, and cherished her grandchildren.
Marianne was preceded in death by her parents, John and Gertrude Weinheimer, and brother Jackie. She is survived by her husband Steve, son Stephen (Wendy), daughter Jennifer (Dave), and three grandsons Stephen, Andrew, and Colin.
Visitation will be held from 4-6 PM on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. A Mass will be held at 11 AM on Friday, January 9th at St. Eugene Catholic Church, 1821 Munroe Falls Ave, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
Memorial contributions may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
