Marie "Donnabelle" Glant

Marie ""Donnabelle"" Glant, age 102, of Winona Lake, Indiana, passed away on Friday, March 11, 2022, at Grace Village Retirement Community, Winona.

Born on June 3, 1919, in Kosciusko County, Indiana, Donnabelle was the daughter of Earl and Grace Mae (Hoover) Ulrey. She was united in marriage to Samuel A. Glant on June 20, 1936, in Bourbon, Indiana who preceded her in death in 2000.

She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County. She worked as a retail clerk for over 20 years and was also formerly a bookkeeper. Her places of employment include Kroger, A & P, Lake City Bank and Builders Mart, retiring in 1983. Donnabelle was a member of the North Winona Church of the Brethren.

Donnabelle will be lovingly remembered by her son, Jack (Kathy) Glant, Garden Grove California; grandchildren, Sonia Degaetano, Lori (Michael) Morel, Kathy Buckheit, Joe, Mitch, Troy Glant all of Warsaw, Beth Westgaard Florida, Cory (Jessalyn) Glant Lake Elsinore, CA, and Jon Glant, Garden Grove CA, 9 great grandchildren, and 2 great- great grandchildren. She was preceded in passing by two sons, Allen and Larry Glant.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
