Marie A. Graca

Marie A. Graca, 80, a resident of Easton for the past 66 years, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 after a period of failing health. She was the loving wife of John F. Graca for 52 years.

Born in Colchester, Vermont, a daughter of the late Leo and Margaret (Bolio) LaRock, she was raised in Vermont and Easton and was a graduate of Oliver Ames High School.

Marie began her working career as a bank teller and thereafter she went to work for the former Fernandes Supermarket of Easton as a meat cutter. After, Marie took a job with the Town of Easton as the assistant Town Clerk, a position she held for over 20 years.

Marie was the past clerk for the Easton Council of Aging and also served as the past clerk of the Fernandes Supermarket Union.

Marie enjoyed baking, knitting, scrapbooking, puzzle's and traveling with family and friends.

In addition to her husband John, she is survived by her children, John M. Graca and his wife Faith of Lakeville, Lisa M. Graca of Taunton and Jason E. Graca of Raynham; two sisters, Janice Martins of East Bridgewater and Linda LaRock of Taunton; and two grandchildren, J.J. Graca and Jared Graca both of Lakeville. She was also the sister of the late Joan A. Mendes.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, February 18, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in the Holy Cross Church, 225 Purchase Street, Easton at 10:30 a.m. A.m. Interment will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Easton. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2025 from 4-7 p.m.
