Marie Venezia

Marie Venezia, 87, passed away peacefully on November 30, 2025.

Born to the late Vito and Lillian (Cicala) Bruno, Marie spent most of her life in Norristown and Kimberton, Pennsylvania, and had recently made her home in Michigan.

Marie was preceded in death by her beloved son, Mark Picard (Sarah). She is survived by her children James Picard (Kim Oliver), Gina Krowka (Dave Heilman), and James Venezia (Jennifer); her cherished grandchildren Grace, A.J. (Besiana), Bianca, Zoey, J.J., and Johnny; and her adored great-grandchildren Lorenzo and Gianni, who brought her immense joy.

Marie worked for UPS for over 20 years, where she was known for her dedication, strong work ethic, and the friendships she built along the way. After retiring, she devoted herself to caring for her granddaughter and embracing the things she loved most. She was an avid gardener, tending her plants with patience and joy, and she loved to travel, exploring new places and creating lasting memories along the way.

Above all, Marie will be remembered for her warmth, strength, and the deep love she had for her family. Her presence will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial mass in St. Basil the Great R.C. Church, 2340 Kimberton Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460 on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery 2400 DeKalb St, Norristown, PA 19401.
