Funeral services for Mrs. Marilyn Joyce Casey, age 85, will be held on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 2 p.m. in the Hunt Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Pounds-Idlewild Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until service time.
Mrs. Casey, a retired factory employee, was born in Weakley County, TN, on July 17, 1940, and passed away at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital on August 16, 2025.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Norman Glynn Casey and her parents, Marvin and Mable Perry Todd.
She is survived by two daughters, Teresa (Bruce) Maness of Trenton and Sandra Brawner of Milan; three grandchildren, Brent (Joanie) Weeks, Jason Weeks, and Zachary Maness; five great-grandchildren, Glenn Weeks, William Weeks, Graham Weeks, Janna Weeks, and Jacob Weeks; and one great-grand dog, Kimber Maness.
