Marilyn Gade Obituary
Born August 26, 1934, in Dahlgren, IL with a catholic upbringing to include going to an All-Women's Catholic College for two years. She retired from K-Mart, then volunteered at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and was part of the Red Hat group. Her passion was yard/garage sales and thrift stores.
She is survived by all four children (Kevin, Kenneth, Rhonda, and Valerie), five grandchildren (Athena, Kendra, Tiffany, Kyle, and Khloe), and 8 great grandchildren (Ethan, Benjamin, Izzabela, Garden, Iris, Evangeline, Lillian, and Alexandra). Preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Frederick Gade in March 1987.
Marilyn was very generous to all members of her family and also provided and an enormous amount of her wisdom and guidance. Her favorite hobbies were crocheting and playing dominoes.
A service celebrating her life will be held at Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton, 6539 Trammel Drive, Milton, FL 32570 on January 2, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests prayers for her soul.
