Marilyn F. Hadel, 87, lived in Spring Hill, Florida. She passed away peacefully in her home in Timber Pines surrounded by family on October 4, 2025.
Marilyn was born in Chicago, Illinois. She moved to Florida 30 years ago from Illinois.
Marilyn is predeceased by her husband, Roger Hadel, her parents Emil and Edith Moss, and her two sisters, Arlene Irmen and Shirley Oltra.
She is survived by three children - Sandy Simoncelli, Kris (Pasquale) Antonacci, Karl (Cathe) Ladner.
She is survived by her grandchildren - Jodi Simoncelli, John Simoncelli, Karen Simoncelli (Oscar), Gia Antonacci, Nina Antonacci (Nate), Angelica Ari'el, Nico (Athena) Antonacci, Heather (Nick) Trask, Jill (Greg) Holz, Jessica (Joe) Vaccaro, Destiny (Gio) Escobar, Kali (Ernesto) Gutierrez. Marilyn is also survived by twenty-two beautiful great grandchildren.
Marilyn loved cooking, baking and collecting cook books and magazines. She even created her own recipes and left behind multiple notebooks full of them now our treasures.
Marilyn loved to dance and she was an avid reader with some of her favorites being John Grisham, James Patterson and Danielle Steele. She was adventurous and loved traveling throughout the country in their motor home. Having lived on a golf course she spent enjoyable times with friends golfing and socializing. Marilyn looked forward to annual family reunions and creating new memories. She was loving and always available to her family whenever they needed her. She will be very deeply missed.
