Passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at the age of 96. Born May 23, 1928 to David and Mary Mote in Lansing, Michigan. Marilyn had worked as a hostess for The Best Steakhouse on Kalamazoo Street in Lansing for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her Teacup Yorkie, Missy. Marilyn was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her. Preceding her in death were her husband, Kenneth Keep; son, Charles Keep; son-in-law, Ron Wallace; brothers, Arden Mote and Dairwood Mote and sister, June Keep.
Surviving are her daughters, Rosalie Keep, Susan (Sohale) Derakhshan, Carol Wallace; grandchildren, James, Julie, Parsia, Mondonna, Amanda and Audrey as well as numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
