Marilyn Luick Obituary
Of Sanborn, NY, was called to her eternal rest with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, November 5, 2023. She was born in Grand Coulee, WA, on December 22, 1936, a daughter of the late Harold and Edith [L'Hommedieu] Feathers, where her father worked at the Dam in 1936.
The family moved to Buffalo in 1938. Marilyn graduated from Kenmore West High School in 1955, worked in the Production Control office at Bell Aerospace Textron for 10 years where she met her husband, Warren and was married in 1962.
She was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church where she served for eighteen years as church secretary.
She and her husband enjoyed traveling, photography, fishing and especially being with their children and grandchildren.
Her husband, the late Warren J. Luick, Sr., passed away in June of 2020.
Marilyn is survived by her children Beverly (Scott) Lauer, Warren Jr. and Michael (Carolyn) Luick, eight grandchildren Nicholas and Bryn Lauer, Jacob, Jesse, Kasey,Elizabeth, Kathryn and Zachary Luick and several nephews and nieces.
She was the sister of the late Eleanor (Gerald) Kelleher, Sr., Harold (Marian) Feathers Jr.
Marilyn's funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church, 736 Cayuga Drive, Niagara Falls, NY.
Memorials may be made in memory of Marilyn to Grace Lutheran Church or Hospice.
Interment in Acacia Park Cemetery.
