Marilyn Mesch Obituary

Born on February 7, 1936, in New London, Ohio, Marilyn grew up on her family's farm with parents Charles and Eleanor Frank, and younger sister Beverly, all of whom preceded her in death. Marilyn was also preceded in death by her husbands, Howard "Bud" Davis and John A. Mesch.

She is survived by her devoted family of three sons: Roger, Greg (Kim) with two grandchildren, and Michael (Heather) with two grandchildren. After graduating from New London High School in 1954, Marilyn worked in a marketing office in Cleveland, Ohio. She was a gifted pianist and later taught many students piano lessons. Without exception, she wholeheartedly dedicated her life to loving her family.

In 1963, Marilyn and her family moved to Englewood, Colorado, where she spent 30 years working in the legal profession and became a Certified Legal Assistant. The family later moved to Bradenton, Florida, but returned to Denver for her husband's cancer treatment. After retiring, Marilyn spent her days enjoying her family and grandchildren, who were the pride of her life.

Marilyn's Christian faith was central to her life. She grew up in a small-town Methodist Church, where she was active and served as choir director. In Colorado, she joined a Presbyterian Church and later played the organ in various churches. Most importantly, Marilyn loved her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother to her four cherished grandchildren: Adam (Hannah), Amanda (Michael), Braden, and Noah. Wherever she went, her warmth, kindness, and love touched many lives, and she will be deeply missed.
