Marilyn Polly, age 72, of Winnsboro, Texas passed away at Lakeview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Winnsboro, Texas on Thursday, October 2, 2025.
Marilyn Elaine Polly was born on January 17, 1953 in Dallas, Texas to Jimmy and Elnora “Ricks” (Lipscomb) Polly.
Marilyn is survived by her daughter, Celesia Smith of Sulphur Springs, Texas; grandchildren, Shawana Wooten, Andrew Wooten and De'Andre Wright all of Sulphur Springs, Texas; great-grandchildren, Peyton Sneed and Stella Wright; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Elnora Polly; and all of her siblings; and sons, Idris Wooten, Sr. and Adrian Wooten, Sr.
