Survivors include her sons, Kyle Silkwood and Candace Hale of Beaumont and Jon Silkwood and his wife, Pam, of Marina, California; many grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Haskell G. Silkwood; daughter, Leslie Silkwood; and son, Jay Silkwood.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 6055 South Loop East, Houston, Texas 77087.
A graveside service for Mrs. Silkwood will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Magnolia Cemetery, 2291 Pine Street, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
