Marilyn F. Tanderes

"Marilyn F. (Pretoni) Tanderes, age 78, a lifelong resident of Plymouth, died on November 24th at the Life Care Center in Plymouth surrounded by her loving family. She was the loving mother of Eugene Tanderes Jr. and Cheryl Nickerson and her husband John "Wally" both of Plymouth. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Mindy and Jamie Nickerson and Travis and Amber Tanderes and several nieces. Marilyn was born and raised in Plymouth and graduated from Plymouth High School. She was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Eleanor Pretoni and sister of the late Janet (Pretoni) Guidetti. Marilyn?s love of music and the outdoors was known to all. If the sun was shining, you could be sure to find her sitting outside enjoying the view and greeting all with a smile. Marilyn?s greatest joys were her children and cherished grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, December 1st at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court St (Rt 3A), N. Plymouth from 5 to 8 PM. A private graveside service will be held on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, her family requests that donations in her memory be made to the Life Care Center Patient Activity Fund, 94 Obery St, Plymouth, MA 02360."
