Marilyn A. (Bialy) Triplett, age 83, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 7, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Akron, Ohio, Marilyn was a lifelong resident of the Akron area. At the age of 20, she met the love of her life, Bob, at The Sands in Akron. The two shared over 57 wonderful years of marriage.

Marilyn dedicated 29 years of service to Springfield Local Schools, holding various positions throughout her career. She truly enjoyed working with the children and made many lasting friendships with coworkers along the way.

A devoted member of Nativity of the Lord Jesus Catholic Church, Marilyn's deep and enduring faith was a guiding light throughout her life.

Marilyn was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She found great joy in spending time with her four grandchildren and was a constant presence at their many sporting events over the years. Her family was the center of her world.

Marilyn cherished the friendships she built over the years—especially her time with “the ladies,” enjoying countless breakfasts, lunches, and laughter. Her Monday night ceramics group held a special place in her heart and brought her much happiness.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Peg, and her brother, Tom. She is survived by her devoted husband, Bob; her son and daughter-in-law, Rob and Traci; her daughter, Jennifer; her adored grandchildren, Hannah, Zack, Ryan, and Dylan; and her twin sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Al Liehr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, September 12th at 10am, at Nativity of the Lord Jesus Catholic Church, 2524 Myersville Road Akron, 44312 with Father Zachary Kawalec celebrating.
