Mario Pinales

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mario Pinales, a beloved father, grandfather, husband, and friend, who passed away on December 29, 2024, at the age of 63. Mario was known for his infectious laughter, kind heart, and vibrant presence. He had a special way of lightening every room with a joke, a dance, or a smile, and his sense of humor made him a cherished figure to all who knew him. Mario worked as a custodian at Kriewald Road Elementary for 22 years, where his dedication and work ethic earned him the respect and admiration of everyone. His kindness and ability to form genuine connections made him beloved by all. Above all, Mario was a devoted family man, always putting the needs of his wife, children, and grandchildren above his own. His family was his world, and he showed them daily how much they meant to him.
Mario is survived by his wife Maria G. Pinales, daughters San Juanita Pinales Muzquiz and Mariela Salinas, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends. A celebration of his life will be held on January 4-5, 2024, at Mission Park Funeral Chapel South. Rest in peace, Mario. The world is a little less bright without you, but your laughter will echo forever.
