Mario Perez Rivera
Mario was born on the 19th of September in 1955 If you really think about it, who was Mario Perez to most it's Mario or Mar from 2nd shift, 'El esposo de laura', but some of his loved ones called him.. tio mario, papa-tio *he never liked the idea of being called that or even call him that but we'd occacionally say to bother him*, Chico, and Corazon. He may be gone but Mario left us with amazing memories of laughter and joy that'll last a lifetime. Though Mario and his lovely girlfriend Laura never got a chance to officially marry after 37 Years being together, you know Mario was a very secretive person who's to say they actually got married and decided to keep it a secret among themselves. Married or not, Mario was and always will be family. Mario always told stories in the most hilarious, sometimes vulgar way. His interest in space and planets were as big as Jupiter, the amount of times he pointed out the moon phases or where certain planets are currently positioned at. His love for games had no age limit, spending his weekends when he wasn't with corazon he'd more than likely playing. Even at the age of 67 I heard stories of him being at work hiding in the bathroom because he had gotten a game notification. But above all his true love and happiness was Laura his corazon.their love was simple it was the smaller things that showed enough like leaving scratch off tickets for her whenever she came over to visit, She was always there in the good or the bad he always knew she'd always be by his side even now on our final moments together. It's a hard pill to swole to know and accept that you're gone. To not be able to hear your infamous quote " patience is a virtue" "DOK" "NYET" "Sprechen Sie Deutsch?" and many more.
But i'm happy to know that you can relax YOU'RE RETIRED! Just know you don't have to worry about anything because its someone else's turn to
"Work overtime and take care of business" I love and miss you Mario. you're gone but never from my heart. CHOW.
Thank you everyone this is amazing to see everyone from every part of Mario life in one room. I know he would have loved it. I can picture it now either laughing while clapping his hands or just give a side smirk while clapping to contain his excitement/happiness
