Also surviving are his four children, Michael (Peggy) Beeney of Minier, Kathy (Kerry) Garmann of Washington, Ron (Diane Owsley) Beeney of Daytona Beach, FL, and Patricia (Tim) Lance of Brimfield; 9 grandchildren, Matthew, Elizabeth, Christopher, Kerry, Jr., Nathan, Tim, Jr., Brandon, Jonathan, and Isabella; and 5 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.
Marion worked as a truck driver with the Teamsters Local #627, retiring after 30 years. He enjoyed golfing and working at Parkview Golf Course after his retirement.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024, at Judy's home in East Peoria. Inurnment will be at Lakeview Cemetery in Pekin.
