Marion Sleck, age 103, a resident of Phillips, WI, passed away Wednesday, November 26, 2025, at Park Manor Nursing Home. She was born October 27, 1922, to parents Walter and Venarda Merrill.
She worked on the Milwaukee Clipper right out of high school and was on the maiden voyage. She married Ted Sleck in 1945, and together they operated a dairy farm until retirement. Her quick wit will forever be remembered!
Marion is survived by her children: Maureen (Darrell) Krause, Judy Sleck, Pat (Rick) Flikkeshaug, Richard Sleck, Zelda (Gary) Harsh, Bill (Sandy) Sleck. brother: Bradley (Mary); 21 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded by her husband: Ted Sleck; daughters: Susan Johns, Teddi Sleck; siblings: Robert, Herold, Walter Jr., John, Ross, Richard, Lawrence, Ken, Vivian, and Dorathea.
