Marjorie C. Raab

Marjorie Colleen Raab, 97, left this world a much better place on August 29, 2025. She was a member of the Loomis Quilters , Lifetime member of Trillium Eastern Star and Beaver American Lutheran Church. She was the most gracious person we ever met. Her interests included: Bible Study, reading, quilting, and empowering the elderly through her work on many local and State Boards. She quietly wanted to better their lives. She is preceded in death by her parents: Neil and Hannah McMillan, the love of her life, Byron, her sister and brother-in-law: Janet and Orin Maloney, brother-in-law: Dave Murphy, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Marge will be deeply missed and is survived by her sister: Carol Murphy, daughter: Jeri Kay Raab (Dan Dachelet), 2 sons: Lee (Jeanne) and Paul (Lusie), 3 beautiful grandchildren: Nicolette (Ian), Cullen, and Megan (Josh), 5 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews Funeral Services will be held at Beaver American Lutheran Church, N4557 19th Road Pound, WI (the church where Marge was baptized, confirmed, and married) Showing will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. on Monday, September 8, 2025. An Eastern Star Service will be held at 11:30 A.M. A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 P.M. with Vicar Dan Moschea officiating. Burial will be in the Harmony Cemetery, Peshtigo. The Children of Marge would like to express a special thank-you to Marge and Dan Banaczyk who made it possible for Mom and Dad to live their dream on beautiful Lake Noquebay all those years. Thank you also to Odd Fellow Nursing Home caregivers for the caring care given to Mom. And to anyone else we inadvertently missed during our time of great grief. Dance on Mom…you so eloquently earned it. A very special thank you to vicar Dan Moschea and Beaver American Lutheran Congregation for their loving support of Marge all these years.
