Marjorie C. (Conner) Shea-Burke, 93, of Marlborough, died Saturday, October 18, 2025, in Framingham, MA.

She was the daughter of the late Edwin and Marjorie (Parker) Conner and wife of the late Harold W. Shea Jr. and Paul D. Burke. She was predeceased by her sister, Nancy Bresnahan.

Marjorie was a role model of working hard, not retiring until she was 82! She worked as secretary and/or accounts advisor at several companies including, Bekins Moving and Storage from December 15, 1974 - November 7, 1986, TFI from November 10, 1986 - August 31,1991, FDIC from October 10, 1992 - December 2, 1997 and Coan Oil Bros from February 18,1998 - December of 2014.

Marjorie's gardens flourished with her green thumb. She was an avid walker and kept a great pace. Marjorie kept her bird feeders full and enjoyed watching the visitors.

She loved to knit, crochet and crafting. Baby blankets, big kid blankets, holiday ornaments, doll clothes and crafts have graced the homes of many family members. Don't forget those Christmas ponies and Mr. and Mrs. Claus dolls! Along with her holiday crafts, she was known for her staple side dish of candied yams - it wasn't Thanksgiving without them!

She was also involved in a knitting club through her church where they made comfort shawls as donations. Besides her craft creations, Marjorie volunteered at St. Matthias in Marlborough and at the MetroWest Hospital in Framingham gift shop for many years.

Marjorie is survived by her children, Nancy Purpura and her husband Michael of Framingham, Edward Shea and his wife Jayna of Mendon and Denice Shea and her husband Craig Flagg of Sterling. She is also survived by her sister, Suzanne Aucoin and her husband Bill of AZ, the wife of Paul Shea, Penny Shea of Chelmsford, her grandchildren, Christine, Leanne, Denise, Michael, Courtney, Daniel, Dylan, Erin and Elyse, 23 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She will be missed dearly!
