Marjorie "Margie" Sullivan

June 3, 1970 – October 1, 2025

Marjorie "Margie" Sullivan age 55 of Raymore MO, passed away October 1, 2025 at the University of Kansas Hospital with love ones by her side. Margie was a 3-time cancer survivor, a true warrior. Her passions were running, crocheting and lending a helping hand wherever she was needed. An avid supporter of animal welfare, she fostered and adopted many dogs and cats over the years, giving them a safe and loving home. Margie's kindness, compassion, sassiness and love of life will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Margie graduated from Middletown High School in NY and went on to achieve her Associates Degree from Orange County Community College. In 2001 she moved her family to Ketchikan AK, where she resided for 13 years. In 2014 she moved to Raymore MO and shortly after, started working for the City of Raymore as an Administrative Assistant in the Engineering Department.

Margie is survived by her son Stephen Pierpoint and wife Kristen of Escondido CA and their son Nathan. Mother- Shirley Crane of Raymore MO. One sister, Samantha Wanamaker and husband Gary of Raymore MO and their children Mikaela and Nikolas. Niece- Laura Smith and husband Scott of Apple Valley CA and their son Grayson. Uncle- Charles Crane and wife Marie of Portersville PA as well as several cousins. Margie was predeceased by her brother- Andrew Pierpoint, Grandmother- Genevieve Crane and Father- Charles Pierpoint.

At her request, there will be no visitations. Her ashes will be sent to Ketchikan AK for burial. For those who wish to honor Margie's passing, Donations can be sent to HELP Humane in Belton MO or any animal shelter of your choice.
