Marjorie (Margie) Louise Vorhauer, 89, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2024, in Billings, Montana.
Margie was born on June 4, 1934, in Los Angeles, California.
In July of 1952 Margie married the love of her life William Vorhauer in San Diego, California and from this union they were blessed with 6 children, 25 grandchildren 59 Great-Grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren.
Margie had a number of jobs through her life including being a nurse's aide, manager at Winchell's donuts, seamstress, homemaker, but her most important job was being a mother to her wonderful children daughters Tina, Diana, Angela and her sons George, Allan, and Harry.
Margie and William relocated to Billings, where they became devoted members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Margie spent her free time working on her numerous hobbies such as canning, crocheting, drawing, bowling, sewing, and quilting. She loved making quilts and homemade gifts for her friends and family.
She is survived by her husband William, her children Tina, Allan, Harry, Diana, and Angela.
She is preceded in death by her parents Marjorie and Angelo Constantino, son George Neal Vorhauer, and brother Earl Sleeper.
A memorial service for Margie will be held on Saturday, February 24th at 1 pm at 3595 Monad Road.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to a friend or family member of someone who is suffering from cancer, or a foundation for Cancer Research.
