Mark Albertini Obituary

Published by Legacy on Sep. 10, 2025.
Mark Anthony Albertini, 72, of Severn, Maryland passed away on September 8, 2025.

Born on August 17th 1953, Mark lived a life filled with purpose, passion, and deep devotion to the people and things he loved. A masterful carpenter by trade and by heart, Mark could often be found in his workshop, crafting everything and anything you could think of-each piece made with care and intention. His love for building wasn't just a job; it was a way of leaving something lasting in the world.

When he wasn't building with his hands, Mark could be found in his vegetable garden. He loved tending to his garden and being able to enjoy the crops he grew. He loved cooking and preparing food for his family and smoking meat in his smoker. Mark also loved watching a good storm. He respected the skies and found beauty in their wild unpredictability.

Above all, Mark was a devoted husband and father. He and his wife, Lynnda, shared years of unwavering partnership, building not only a home but a life of laughter, support, and unconditional love. To his children, Rachel, Ryan, Tyler and Brooke, Jessica and Josh he was a steady hand, a patient teacher, and their biggest fan. His love for his family was his greatest legacy.

Marks memory will live on in the furniture he built, the garden that bloomed and in the dark skies of the passing storms, and in the hearts of everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his beloved wife Lynnda, his children, Rachel, Ryan, Tyler and Brooke, who brought him endless joy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roslyn and Anthony Albertini. Also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and his beloved companion and shadow, his dog, Sadie.

A celebration of life will be held on a later date, please check back for updates to come.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in honor of his name to your local animal shelter, The American Heart Association or The American Cancer Society.

Mark Albertini built a beautiful life-He will be deeply missed.
