Mark Stephen Appleberry

Mark Stephen Appleberry passed away on August 13, 2025, at the age of 78, after living with Parkinson's Disease for 35 years. He was born in Ironwood, Michigan, and spent most of his life in Bloomington, Minnesota. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Jeanne; his daughter Julie (Mike); grandchildren Sami and Henry; and his sister Susan (Gary). Mark had a strong appreciation for lawn work, time at the cabin, and chocolate. His family acknowledges the complexities of his life and chooses to focus on moving forward with honesty and clarity. The family is deeply grateful Brighton Hospice (especially Megan) and to the staff at the Minnesota Veterans Home for the care and compassion shown to Mark in his final days. A small service will be held at Nativity of Mary Catholic Church in Bloomington, MN, on Wednesday, September 24th at 11:00 a.m. CST.
