Mark Harrington Boring

MARK HARRINGTON BORING, watched his final sunrise at the age of 76 on Sunday, March 1, 2026. He married the love of his life Mary Jo Vilcinskas on November 11, 1977, and together they raised four children.

Mark is survived by wife, Mary Jo; sons, Vitus, Lucas, Silas (Cassie); grandchildren, Sam, Iris, Aramas, Linkoln, Ellana;

sister, Marsha (Steve) Standridge and family;

and adored cat Penelope.

Mark was preceded in death by daughter, Maya, parents, William Harrington and Helen Dyer Boring, .

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 12-noon on Saturday, March 7 at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home in Madisonville.

You are invited to honor Mark's memory by putting up a bluebird house, build it from scrap lumber with a sturdy roof, a floor five inches by five inches and an inside depth of eight or nine inches, the entrance about the size of an egg facing south four or five feet above a hayfield or yard.
