Mark Allan Buck

Mark Allan Buck, 72, of Eagan, MN, peacefully passed away at home surrounded by his loving family on February 19, 2026.

Mark was born September 27, 1953 in Zumbrota, MN, the son of Dale and Johnell (Weis) Buck.

Mark graduated from Plainview High School in 1971, then joined the Marine Corp.

Mark married Charlene White on May 19, 1973 in Kasson MN. They were happily married going on 53 years.

Mark obtained a first class A engineer license in 1976. He worked at American Linen, Hamline University and before retiring at Macalester College, he owned Char Mar Corner Bar in Goodhue MN.

Mark especially loved spending time outdoors walking, golfing, playing bocce, and going to music festivals. He also enjoyed vacationing with his family in Wisconsin Dells. He loved bringing treats to his grand pups and spending time with his grand children and attending their sporting events. He followed the Minnesota sports teams closely.

Mark is survived by his wife, Char; children, Tracy (Tami) Buck, Kelly Buck, Millie (Felix) Guadalajara; 5 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; siblings, Doug (Deb) Buck, Pam (Mark) Madery, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Brian and Dan Buck.

Visitation will be held March 6, from 4-7pm at Klecatsky and Sons 1580 Century Point Eagan, MN 5121. Funeral is at 11am on March 7 at Mount Calvary 3930 Rahn Road Eagan MN 55122. There will be an hour of visitation prior to the funeral at the church. Luncheon to follow.
