Mark A. Campochiaro Sr.

Southington - Mark A. Campochiaro Sr., 55, of Southington, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Hartford Hospital. Mark was born in Southington on June 9, 1967, the youngest son, to the late Ralph J. Campochiaro, Jr. and Dale (Raymond) Pac. He attended Southington schools and went on to join the family's profession of alarm and security systems, eventually owning and operating Accurate Security with his children in Southington for many years. Mark was a thrill seeker and lived his life to the fullest. He had a passion for Muscle Cars and motorcycles, especially his own collection, and enjoyed working on them. Vacationing at the beach and attending drag races at the Four-Wide Nationals were some of his favorite pastimes shared with those he loved. His pets held a very special place in his heart and were always given the very best. His legacy of laughter and love for his entire family will live on forever. He will be remembered for his loud yet charismatic personality, his love for animals, his infectious sense of humor and his generous heart. Mark is survived by 3 children; Ashley Carpenter and her husband Chadwick, Mark Campochiaro and his wife Nicole, both of Southington and Adam Campochiaro and his wife Krystal of Cheshire, 4 cherished grandchildren; Chadwick Jr., Camden, Brooklynn and Aiden and his mother Dale Pac and her husband Stanley of Southington. He is also survived by his 2 brothers, Ralph Campochiaro III and James Campochiaro and his wife Jean, both of Southington and his former wife and the mother of his children, Kimberly Mastromarino of Southington, as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to his father Ralph, Mark was predeceased by his grandson, Baby Callan and sister-in-law, Linda Campochiaro.
