Mr. Mark Cosby Chase, age 54, of Eton, GA, took his final ride from this life into heaven on Friday, September 15, 2023.
Mark's favorite job was driving a truck which he did for many years. He loved all things western and enjoyed reading as he was an avid reader. He was said to be a walking history book. Most of all Mark loved everyone, and if you ever met him, you would not have forgotten him. He most likely left you with a memory of something crazy he had done or just a simple laugh. He was a believer of God and a friend of Jesus, whom he walks with today. Mark will be greatly missed by all of his friends, family, and especially his dog "Biddy".
He was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Don Chase; maternal grandparents, Cosby "Friz" and Arlene Bowers; paternal grandparents, E.J. and Margarete Bonner and Bill Chase.
Survivors include his wife, Michele Bridges Chase of Eton, GA; sons and daughter-in-law, Trinity "Trent" Chase of Eton, GA, Dusty Cannon of Cleveland, TN, Holdon and Sierra Cantrell of Crandall, GA, and Damian Cantrell of Eton, GA; daughter, Ashley Cantrell of LaFayette, GA; mother, Amelia Murray of Cleveland, TN; mother-in-law, Patsy Self of Eton, GA; brother, Jason Murray of Ponce Inlet, FL; twin sister and sisters, Kelly Goins of Cleveland, TN, Felicia Vaughn of Ponce Inlet, FL, Angie Sackett of Hixon, TN, and Christa (Chad) Wilson of Cleveland, TN; grandchildren, Kirra Chase, Teariah Chase, Logan Cantrell, Scarlett Cantrell, Renni Cantrell, and Emberlie Cantrell; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tony Shipman and Gayle Pittman; beloved dog, "Biddy"; many friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews also survive.
Mr. Mark Cosby Chase will be laid to rest on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Sumach Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
