A memorial service for Mark Chevalier, 42, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 3, 2025, at Cowboy Church at the OK Corral in Eros, LA, with Waylon Piercy officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd., Monroe, LA. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the church.

Mark was born May 17, 1982, in West Monroe, LA, and passed away on Friday, April 25, 2025. He worked as a Service Technician for JTB Rentals and was a member of Cowboy Church at the OK Corral.

Mark was the proudest dad, a loving son and brother. He was a fierce protector and a loyal friend to many. He was truly a top-tier human being. Mark was a person of great spirit and had a huge heart that had been touched by the love of Christ. He radiated that joy and love to all those around him when he accepted the love and grace of Jesus Christ. His life was and will continue to be a beacon of hope and love for all that knew him.

Mark is preceded in death by his son, Aiden Hoang Chevalier; grandparents, J.E. and Carrie Mae Chevalier of Liddieville, LA, and H.D. and Wanda Cartwright of Monroe, LA; and aunt, Terri Chapman of Monroe, LA.

Left to cherish Mark’s memory are his son, Kiedan Duane Quoc Hung Chevalier; parents, Duane Chevalier of Monroe, LA, and Lisa Chevalier of Houston, TX; siblings, John Chevalier of Bogalusa, LA, and Laura Bell (Justin) of Quitman, LA; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Honorary pallbearers will be Waylan Piercy, Todd Goodson, Doug Angell, Justin McCormick, Steven Hodge, and the Jesus Freaks Motorcycle Club.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cowboy Church at the OK Corral or Jesus Freaks Motorcycle Ministry.
